Text Box: The war in Iraq and Afghanistan---where we have lost our sons and daughters---it affects us---especially when we see more of our children…with patriotism in their hearts…continue to sign up to serve in the Armed Services.  What are we doing for them in return? 
Global markets and the world economy are fueling the prices on everything from food….to gas…to transportation.
World events have an impact on our people and our way of life and we must open our eyes to this reality.  We are not an island onto ourselves.
Our world is getting smaller because of the rapid advancements made in technology….and we must keep up with our technology-driven-world for our survival.
We need new leadership that understands this.  We need a new leadership that can work together with all our leaders to manage the impact of world events on our way of life.
We can no longer turn a blind eye to our problems and think that we can pretend our way through them.  
We are feeling the pain… the humiliation of our damaged reputation as a government, our tainted public image as a territory and the demoralized spirit of our people…. under this administration riddled with corruption.  This administration has mismanaged our government and federal resources…that it prompted the FBI to open an office on our island. 
This is just the beginning….the beginning of the end of our right and our privilege to govern ourselves as envisioned by our forefathers more than 100 years ago…unless we change it.  For the sake of our children, for the sake of our future, we must change.
